# Dheeraj Sudan and Meenu Hinduja-How do I debug a failing query in Dremio?

Hi everyone, I’m Dheeraj Sudan from the UK. I’m a software developer and also run a business with my wife Meenu Hinduja. I’m trying to debug a failing query in Dremio and was wondering how you usually approach this. Do you have any suggestions or steps you follow to identify the root cause, like checking logs, query profiles, or specific tools that help?

@mhindujadheerajsudan Have you checked the error tab on the query profile?
