# Mac OSx App Download

Because of issues using Docker, I am trying to find where the Standalone app for Mac OSx is located but none of the links seem to work. Does anyone know where I can download the `.dmg` file to run a standalone version of Dremio?

We no longer have mac app, best it to download the TAR ball and install

I thought you wanted to instal Dremio on your local node, so just download the tar and start Dremio, you mac would act as both the master and the worker (executor) node
