# Power BI navigator keeps on loading

When we connect to Dremio using Power Bi (May 2022), It keeps on loading and does not move further.

"Details: "ERROR [08S01] [Dremio][Connector] (2020) Connection no longer valid: [30032]Communication error. End of file "

@vijaykumar.kukanur Is there any interesting message in either the PowerBI log or the Dremio server.log when this happens?
