We have Class org.apache.hadoop.fs.adl.HdiAdlFileSystem not found when connect to Hive from HDInsight that backed up by Azure datalake store. Can we add a jar file to dremio?

Yes - can you add the jar file to $DREMIO_HOME/jars/3rdparty, restart service, and try again?
Additionally, given that HDI is backed by HDP, you will also need to copy the xml files (core-site, hdfs-site, yarn-site) to $DREMIO_HOME/conf
