What Dremio Cloud privilege do Users need to allow use of the “Upload File” function?

File upload is not currently supported in Dremio Cloud.

I can see what I thought was Upload File, via the (+) button (top right on the Datasets screen) but I have Admin rights which I don’t really want to grant to Business users
The SQL command is
GRANT UPLOAD ON PROJECT TO ROLE PUBLIC
I don’t know if I was asking the wrong question, but now resolved.
