Edit suggestion for the docs about Instance Types

Hi y’all! I’d just like to suggest you an edit on the docs about managing engines on the AWS Edition of Dremio. Currently, this page doesn’t state the “m5d.2xlarge (Evaluation)” instance type, only the other 4 ones that you can see in the screenshot.
