Force CPU usage in Dremio V23.1

Is there any support key that forces the dremio to use maximum available CPU? when we run concurrent queries the CPU utilisation is staying at less than 25% while the query duration is increasing(when compared to individual run). want dremio to efficiently utilise CPU and bring down the runtime.
