How can Dremio read in zipped CSV files?

I wonder how can Dremio read in zipped/packed CSV files?
Will Dremio save the files again uncompressed?

Dremio does not save a copy of the files anywhere. That is one big advantage over other solutions that require your data to be copied over. However if you create a reflection on top of the dataset then we create a Parquet format of the original dataset. The ocation of the reflection files can be specified in dremio.conf
