Dremio does not currently provide a way to generate GUIDs (within Dremio), nor do we have a GUID type. Thank you for the suggestion! We’ll update the community threads here if we decide to add direct support for this feature.
Is GUID/UUID generation supported yet?
@adamr not yet, when you say GUID, you mean a 16 digit code right?
