We are currently running parse server with mongodb and trying to connect dremio for data analysis with tableau. We are running mongodb 4.0x community version. When I try to connect, I receive the following error: The source [MongoSandbox] is currently unavailable. Info: [Could not find/access authentication database gyramais.]
I gave all the necessary permissions. Are there any issues because of parse server in any way or dremio should recognize the schemas/ tables?
Which connection fails with this error: The Tableau-Dremio connection or the Dremio-MongoDB connection?
Can you successfully connect with a different authentication server (something besides gyramais)?
