Nessie does not see iceberg tables after restart

@ganbaatar Where are your Iceberg tables stored? S3 or MinIO or something else? When you say you cannot find them, it is possible the KVstore is not on persistent disk. When you restart, and logon to the UI, do you see your sources listed or is it blank?

i stored at Minio. So please run my docker-compose.yml and fix it for us. we just need that fixed version of docker-compose.yml.
