Hello, I’ve connected Dremio do Minio, used Nessie as source (I work with docker), and when I turn off my PC and turn on my PC, start dremio minio container, I lose my table in my nessie source.

The first thing to check is the Nessie versions store - by default, in the Docker container, the Nessie store is in memory, and if I recall correctly, it is not persisted. Please review the docs here: https://projectnessie.org/nessie-latest/configuration/ for information about the version store.
Also, you can probably get more Nessie help at the Nessie community, they use Zulip for chat -
