Out of memory error

Hi,

I’m getting an out of memory error, but the weird things is that when I look in the Admin view as the query is running, the memory isn’t anywhere near 100%.

I have a cluster with three CentOS 7 servers, 32 GB memory each, and I’m trying to work on a dataset with roughly 530 million records and 25 GB on disk. However, the attached query profile is for a subset of the data that should be significantly smaller, but it still fails.

Hi @roos.niclas

Can you please check if any other jobs were running. Click on UI, External Tools and check all the options and see if any background acceleration jobs are running
