Reflection cannot be accelerate 1 refresh job failed from past 1 week

i am using dremio 3.1 where pdfs is on Docker container ,i have restarted Kubernate pods ,where DB mounted on External Disk, i am Always getting warning like reflection cannot be accelerated

@Vikash_Singh, this a successful refresh… Were there any failed or canceled refresh jobs?
