The default engine is not online error

We are getting the default engine is not online error on dremio server.
This is the AWS Dremio version and it seems like there is no capacity for the executor node on to specify Avaliabllity Zone.
What is the best way to resolve this ? Please help.

@BSharma Does it start with reduced capacity, trying to narrow down the issue

@balaji.Ramaswamy, The error seems to only occur when we spin up M5d.8xlarge instances but we don’t have any issue with m5d.2xlarge instances.

@BSharma Wondering if it is a capacity issue, did you try from a different region?
