I have a dataset with an “attributes” column of type Map. An issue occurs when I restart Dremio, whereby queries are failing with the following message:
VALIDATION ERROR: Unable to find the referenced field: [attributes.BRAND].
If I just execute “SELECT TableName.attributes” first, and then my initial query the error goes away and the results are loaded as expected. It seems as if Dremio needs to “load” the Map columns once before it can filter using fields in that data, is this the case?
