When creating a connector with a class that is a subclass of “SubScanWithProjection”, you will need to implement the method “getOperatorType()”. This must return a value from “UserBitShared.CoreOperatorType”. This value is later used to determine the name of the subscan in the query profile.
Currently it appears to only support values built into Dremio. As a 3rd party connector developer, I would like to be able to provide a value representing the sub scan in the new connector.
