How can i achieve autopromotion from v3 api?
If your files are Parquet or JSON you can check “Automatically format files into physical datasets when users issue queries.” under the source-metadata settings then when you query the dataset it would automatically promote. You can also do it for CSV but would take default options like comma as field delimiter

Its not doing, autopromotion. Every time i have to remove format of PDS and then i have to regenerate the view.

Add new source, while adding remember to check the box “Automatically format files into physical datasets when users issue queries.”
Query a dataset (use fully qualified name) and see if it promotes
