Azure ARM deployment doesn't work

Hi!
Trying to follow the DCE1 Dremio university course. When try to deploy Dremio from ARM template getting the following validation error: “The template deployment ‘dremiocorporation.dremio_ce-20200306095737’ is not valid according to the validation procedure. The tracking id is ‘687379c0-1e58-4a9e-b259-59e581e8dcb9’. See inner errors for details.”
PowerShell command “Get-AzureRMLog -CorrelationId 687379c0-1e58-4a9e-b259-59e581e8dcb9 -DetailedOutput” shows nothing.
Tried on two different subscriptions

It looks like I hit the limit of processor cores per Subscription. :frowning:
