ClickHouse support

Hey team!

Thank you for the Dremio. I would suggest to add support for popular column-oriented opensource DBMS ClickHouse. They have different interfaces, but I think that the simplest one is the JDBC driver.

Thank you for the reference. For ClickHouse we’d recommend building a Dremio Hub connector, the instructions on how to do so can be found here.
