Error 413 by loading files to My personal space

Hi,

When I attempt to load files to Dremio personal space i get this error (regardless what file).

Thanks for advice how to fix that.

@jaroslav_marko Can you please send

  • Screenshot of the support key options set
  • server.log from thecoordinator when this issue happens

The max allowed size is 50 MB and 413 is actually file too large, I see this file is only 3.9 MB

Can you try something that is in KB? just to narrow down

we have not found anything in server.log

When I tried to load files <1mb it worked.

If your file > 1 MB that does not load does not contain confidential data, are you able to send it to me via a private message? I would like to get to the root cause of why it is not loading. It should load upto 50 MB
