Error thrown while trying to save edited queries in Linux version

After opening a query in the query editor, I made a change to the query and tried to save it. I’m getting the following error message:
dataset “@summersmd”.cand_proj_v version 0000683604067703 at [/dataset/"@summersmd".cand_proj_v/version/0000683604067703] not found

Shouldn’t I be able to edit and save queries?

What happens if you run the query outside under a “New Query Window”?
