Testing out a local deployment of the CE. Looking at operator metrics for the HIVE_SUB_SCAN operator I see no cache hits (nor misses) for the cache, even for repeated queries.
@shragj What is the format of the files? Currently Cloud Cache is only supported for Parquet
The file format is Parquet. These are Iceberg queries that I referenced in my other quesion.
@shragj Restart the executors and on startup, see if C3 is successfully loaded, if restart is not an option and the last restart was < 30 days, then open the log file from the last restart (would be under the log/archive folder) and check
Can you also send me the profile for the query that did not use C3?
