How to change Dremio application folder

I need to change the Dremio application folder or path.

When I try to start local community server shower one error in “AppData\Local\Dremio\log\server.log” and don’t run Dremio server:

org.rocksdb.RocksDBException: Failed to create a directory: C:\Users\Uákiti\AppData\Local\Dremio\db\catalog: The system cannot find the path specified.

I suspect that is because my username is “Uákiti”, that contain accented character “á”.

Hey @lorduakiti welcome to the community!

Have a look at https://docs.dremio.com/advanced-administration/dremio-conf.html#template-for-dremioconf you can change local: ${DREMIO_HOME}"/data" in dremio.conf to store this data in a different directory.
