We are currently deploying dremio on our Hadoop Cluster (Cloudera). We recently moved to Cloudera from MapR and would like to add MapR as a source so we can do data validation in Dremio. Is that possible?
If you go to http://download.dremio.com/ you can choose the MapR builds of Dremio. Note that the MapR build has some limitations - it cannot connect to non-MapR Hadoop distributions.
Due to certain incompatibilities that isn’t possible - the non-MapR builds of Dremio cannot connect to MapR.
