Reflections errors in Dremio Cloud

My reflections were working perfectly until 11/13, on that day they all gave an error. And apparently the same error:

Couldn’t handle entry reflection 293b7c47-1092-4bd3-8ab8-a05f950600b0[Raw Reflection]: Getting MaterializationInfo: Reflection id ReflectionId{id=293b7c47-1092-4bd3-8ab8-a05f950600b0} not found in MaterializationInfo cache.

I’ve already cleared all reflections, left it disabled for a while and then turned it back on, but nothing works.

The strangest thing is that when I go to the run tab, it appears as if it had run. However, when entering the VDS it appears with an error.

@EduardoGuidugli When the reflection got created, can you please send the profile and server.log from the coordinator?

This problem should be resolved now. Please let us know if it isn’t.

BTW, I generally use the sys.project.reflection and sys.project.materialization tables to check the detailed status and stats for each reflection. There’s a 1-1 mapping between a record in materialization and a REFRESH REFLECTION job.
