When we get these errors

Hi, we are noticing below errors and not sure when these occur. Can anyone help on this.

Error Message 1 - Query cancelled by Reflection Manager. Reflection configuration is stale
Error Message 2 - IllegalStateException: materialization no longer matches its goal

error message 1 will happen if you change the reflection layout when refresh of the reflection is in progress

For error message 2, can you please check if the PDS on which the reflection refreshes still exists? Like has it got unpromoted?
