Superset cannot connect to dremio

Hi please help I want to connect superset whit dremio vm. already install drive sqlachemy
dremio version 25
superset version 3.1.2
sqlalchemy-dremio 3.0.3
dremio+flight://admin:XXXXXXXXXX@xx.xxx.xx.xx:32010/dremio
error is : “superset.commands.database.exceptions.DatabaseTestConnectionDriverError: Could not load database driver: DremioEngineSpec”
