Unity Catalog integration

Hello All,
This is my first ever post on this forum.
I have installed a local lab on my laptop with the following:

  1. Dremio
  2. Minio Server for the S3 compatible storage
  3. Nessie
  4. Postgres db…

Now my question is…Can I integrate Unity Catalog and use it instead of Nessie?
Additionally, I have noticed that the Dremio OSS version does not contain any security/governance on the different objects…is this normal?

The dream scenario would be for me to be able to integrate Unity Catalog…
Please let me know if this is feasable or just a pipe dream…

Unity Catalog is a supported source in the Enterprise edition of Dremio. Unity Catalog | Dremio Documentation
