Cannot get elasticsearch source help!

Halo, i am newbie with dremio and want to take data from elasticsearch source. and i have encounter a problem with this message " Encountered a problem while executing com.dremio.plugins.elastic.ElasticActions$NodesInfo@6db8f662. Cannot gather Elasticsearch nodes information. Please make sure that the user has [cluster:monitor/nodes/info] privilege. "

i am using elasticsearch version 6.1.2 with dremio version 3.0.

Is this Elastic search on prem or a managed one? Is it on AWS?

it is a managed elasticsearch and am not using aws.
