Dremio and Elasticsearch Docker connect

I want to connect my elastic source in the dremio but when I try to did this I got an error:

You encounter a problem when you run com.dremio.plugins.elastic.ElasticActions$NodesInfo@47c48e64. Unable to gather information from Elasticsearch nodes. Please make sure the user has the [cluster: monitor / nodes / info] privilege.

1. Is this a managed Elasticsearch service or are you deploying your own instance?
