Can't connect to Azure Storage V2 in 4.1.2 with Shared Access Key

Got “Date header in the request is incorrect” error when adding Azure Storage V2 source to Dremio.

There is an issue in the Date formatter, wasn’t handling single digit dates properly. This issue got fixed just yesterday. Please use Dremio 4.1.3 which has this fix.
