I needed to install standalone Dremio for a POC, with this regard I wanted some confirmations.
- Dremio is available only for Linux flavors not Windows 10. Is that correct?
- Is it possible to run dremio on a free-tier AWS EC2 (t2.micro) instance. Is there any doc about minimum baselines (sorry if I over looked it)
Is there any other option/suggestions available.
Thanks,
Thomas

Correct.

t2.micro will be too small to run Dremio. For a single coordinator + executor node, you would want to at least run with 8 cores and 16 GB of memory. See our minimum recommendations here: https://docs.dremio.com/deployment/system-requirements.html#server-or-instance-hardware
