Connecting Dremio to an S3 bucket

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to add an S3 source from my aws dremio stack, i get this error after opening my bucket:

No AWS Credentials provided by STSCredentialProviderV1 : com.amazonaws.SdkClientException: Unable to execute HTTP request: Connect to sts.amazonaws.com:80 [sts.amazonaws.com/54.239.21.217] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Can you assist?

Have you tried encrypting the connection by checking “Encrypt connection”?

Can you click on advanced options and try to check “Enable compatibility mode (experimental)” and see if it works
