Dremio Local: Manually Upload All Data

Hi All,

I am setting up Dremio locally on my computer. Is it a bad idea to forgo a data lake or other database and just upload all of my data files to Dremio directly?

@colet When you say all files directly to Dremio, does that mean using the upload feature?
