Is there any way to have dremio in local machine using minikube?

Have you tried first just running a single-node deployment of our image with Docker: https://hub.docker.com/r/dremio/dremio-oss/

I used and it works well Thanks a lot. However, I have few concern, Is this something I need to be worried?

No, those are the Java garbage collection logs. Allocation Failure messages are normal and you will see many of them.
