Missing Tiles for ElasticSearch data sources in Dremio

Hi,
Inside Dremio when I want to create a new data source I can’t add ElasticSearch (both AWS and standalone) because the tiles are missing (please take a look at the attached screenshot).

What am I doing wrong?

I’m running Dremio with the AWS Marketplace Edition in version 4.5.0 with the following AMI:

dremio-aws-4.5.0-202006180205030236-1a5d28da-f9a48567-5a5c-4b66-8b5c-e5a4db8f4787-ami-05463b9e3b99513a9.4 (ami-0887c4b39d43a55d8)

Starting 4.5, we have removed Elasticsearch from AWSE edition. However you should be able to see it in an on-prem version, do you not see that?
