Predefined system roles

Hi All,

Community edition provides two predefined system role (Admin, Public). The documentation of these roles are missing.

Admin role is clear, gives the user full access.
What kind of permission gives the public role? The role API is blocked in community edition, thus I can not see the privileges. In the webui the privileges tab is missing.

Privileged and roles are only available in Enterprise edition, in community edition every one is an admin basically.

Public role is a role that everyone belongs to. This allows assigning privileges to all users easily.
