The icon occasionally turns gray, and socket is broken

I open the google console，and there is no
“SOCKET CONNECTION OPEN”
“SOCKET CONNECTION SUCCESS ”
and refresh doesn’t work either

so what’s the question？

nothing in the server.log. but the google console is the following ,and my version is dremio:20.0.1,jdk:oracle jdk1.8.0_202 .

but in my other cluster，socket connection is ok, the version is dremio:19 jdk:oracle jdk1.8.0_202 .

@yennify Does your V20 environment allow web sockets?

my old proxy is not support wensocket,then we fix it,the socket is ok.
