Connect to S3 from dremio

I am trying to connect to s3 and it is failing, I tried all ideas given in collaboration website forum.

We are using gov cloud.

error
Failure while configuring source [test]

log file shows

Connect to s3.amazonaws.com:80 [s3.amazonaws.com/0.0.0.0] failed: connect timed out

We will try to investigate why this may not be working. We have not tested gov cloud.
