Issues with arctic catalog table cleanup

Hi there,
We using dremio cloud edition and I have a problem with updating Table cleanup setting in arctic catalog settings.When I’m changing retention period and saving it said setting has been updated. But when I navigate away and get back it shows old values.
Can you help to fix this?
