Dremio is not running Error

I am able to install Dremio on my Windows 10 system. But when I open up and press start it is showing after some time Dremio is not starting. I have attached the log file please help me figure out the error.

I am unable to find an appropriate solution.

Dremio stopped releasing on Windows. kindly downloaded one of the many supported platforms and orchestration methods like ASWE/K8’s/On-prem Linux
